Copper Republic's Zula Cape Brandy is handcrafted in small batches using Colombard, Chenin Blanc and Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the Western Cape. Using traditional methods, Zula VSOP is double distilled in copper pot stills and slow matured in a combination of 200-litre French and American oak barrels for a minimum of 5 years. Bottled at 40%. Nose: A delicate balance of fruit, spices and nutty notes.

Palate: Subtle dried peach and oak wood tones.

Finish: Long and warming with a subtle lingering sweetness.
